Sales:
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers, prospective customers and 3rd party agents to generate sales
- Demonstrate the Company�s property portfolio to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting the right property for to suit their needs
- Network, prospect and generate sales leads
- Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
- Follow-up on sales leads with potential customers
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and increasing the Company�s client base
- Negotiate terms of agreement
- Develop clear and effective written proposals for current and prospective customers
- Work closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market
- Plan and organise their time effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
After Sales:
- Provide after-sales support to customers including following up for the due payment as required
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
Reporting:
- Provide periodic reports to management related to the sales pipeline
- Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and
potential for new products and services
- Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues
- Updates ERP system with sales related information
Market Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, including market intelligence, competitor information, current trends, and market conditions

Skills, knowledge and experience should include:
- Bachelor�s degree or equivalent from a recognized college/university
- Minimum 3 years (at least 1 year within the UAE) experience in the real estate / property sector, experience with a property developer is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of property market dynamics, local conditions, customer preferences and current trends
- Strong inter-personal, organisational and presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Multilingual highly desirable � preferably Arabic, Russian and Chinese but must speak, read and write English fluently
- Own car and UAE driving license preferred
