What You’ll Do
* Lead daily operations of the real estate sales team and ensure KPIs are met
* Recruit, train, and develop Property Consultants to maximize team performance
* Design and execute effective sales strategies for both residential and commercial markets
* Monitor property market trends, pricing, and competition to adjust approach
* Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions to build accountability
* Foster strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
* Represent the company at property exhibitions and networking events
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
* Proven record of managing and mentoring a team of 5+ agents
* Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
* Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle
* Goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
