Senior Architect Technical
Azizi Developments is looking for an experienced Senior Architect Technical to oversee the coordination, review, and verification of all project design drawings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction details, design standards, and authority requirements, ensuring seamless integration across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, coordinate, and verify all project design drawings across disciplines to ensure accuracy and resolve any design conflicts
- Ensure construction drawings adhere to design standards, detailed specifications, and authority regulations
- Analyze and compare building materials in design drawings against specifications and bill of quantities (BoQ)
- Provide technical expertise and clarification on RFIs throughout the project lifecycle, from design to handover
- Conduct BIM-based drawing reviews to identify and resolve design clashes between disciplines
- Develop and advise on technical details to support the design team in resolving complex design challenges
- Stay updated on the latest developments in construction materials, techniques, and industry trends
- Lead and manage a team of 12 reviewers, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency in technical reviews
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in architectural design and technical coordination within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction details, materials, and regulatory requirements in Dubai
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM management, and BIM 360
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
