Job Overview
As a Senior Associate in the Marketing department at Majid Al Futtaim Properties, you will handle marketing-related administrative functions, ensure timely processing of procurement requests, support campaign rollouts, and collaborate with agencies and vendors. Your role will be essential to ensuring smooth execution of marketing plans, budgeting accuracy, and brand consistency across mall operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage departmental correspondence and maintain filing systems in compliance with internal policies
* Generate weekly/monthly marketing reports and maintain accurate budget forecasts
* Process LPOs/PRs and coordinate with Finance to track marketing expenditures
* Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate campaign execution and event planning
* Coordinate briefings, supplier interactions, permit applications, and post-event evaluations
* Follow up with agencies for timely delivery of assets, reporting, and financial reconciliations
* Support marketing leadership with project documentation and internal reporting needs
* Ensure adherence to Majid Al Futtaim’s marketing and procurement guidelines
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in a marketing support or coordination role
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work across departments and manage external vendor relationships
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail, with a proactive and collaborative attitude
