We are looking for an innovative Senior Concept Architect - Hospitality to join our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and direction of architectural projects from inception to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that align with client objectives, project requirements, and industry standards. This role requires creative thinking, strategic vision, and the ability to mentor and guide junior architects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of creative and innovative design concepts, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision, project goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop multiple design solutions, exploring spatial arrangements, materiality, form, and functionality to determine the most appropriate concept for the project.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, engineers, and consultants during the concept development phase to ensure that design concepts meet functional, aesthetic, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities, providing clear explanations of the design rationale, benefits, and feasibility.
- Refine conceptual designs based on client feedback, technical assessments, and site conditions, ensuring that the design remains feasible and aligned with project objectives.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles, exploring energy efficiency, material choices, and environmental considerations for an eco-friendly approach.

Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Extensive experience working on Hospitality projects is a must.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong conceptual thinking and design vision with the ability to create innovative architectural solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
