Senior Concept Architect - Residential
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Concept Architect to join our team at Azizi, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai. In this role, you will lead the conceptual design phase of residential projects, translating client needs into innovative and compelling architectural concepts. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project development while staying ahead of industry trends and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptual design phase, creating innovative and compelling architectural concepts that align with client needs and project goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated project development.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and design research to inform architectural decisions and enhance project outcomes.
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and incorporating feedback to refine proposals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to integrate into designs, ensuring modern and eco-friendly architectural solutions.
- Mentor junior architects, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth within the design team.
- Develop detailed 3D models and architectural renderings using advanced design software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of architectural design experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE, working on residential projects.
- Advanced proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and V-Ray.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to translate client needs into innovative design concepts.
- Extensive experience in architectural design and project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices in the UAE.
