- Develop and execute internal communication initiatives that reinforce DHRE’s corporate identity, values, and vision.
- Work closely with leadership to create and deliver internal messages, newsletters, and company-wide announcements.
- Manage and update the intranet portal with relevant and engaging content to enhance employee engagement.
- Plan and execute corporate events such as town halls and employee gatherings.
- Track communication performance, ensuring all messages align with the corporate brand and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline communication efforts across business units.
- Oversee the content creation for internal presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Promote employee engagement activities and implement initiatives that foster a strong corporate culture.
- Provide crisis communication support and develop materials to address internal concerns effectively.
- Monitor corporate communication budgets and track spending on related initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate or internal communications.
- Strong command of English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with media relations, digital communication platforms, and content management systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
