- Manage maintenance, repair, and improvement projects efficiently while controlling costs.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational optimization.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency without compromising service quality.
- Negotiate and manage vendor and service provider contracts to maximize value.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to prevent operational disruptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, government entities, and internal stakeholders.
- Address and resolve escalated facilities-related concerns promptly and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and best practices in facilities management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale facilities, multi-site operations, or complex environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning abilities.
