Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Utilities & Road NOC
Azizi Developments is looking for a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to oversee wet and dry utility services, road NOC approvals, and infrastructure design projects. This role will involve managing approvals with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading infrastructure projects within our Design 360 Studio in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of NOC applications for road design and infrastructure works (wet & dry utilities)
- Ensure timely approvals from authorities such as RTA, DEWA, telecom providers, and Dubai Municipality
- Develop infrastructure systems for water, sewerage, irrigation, power, telecom, and gas utilities
- Oversee the implementation of infrastructure platforms, ensuring operational efficiency
- Supervise and maintain high availability of infrastructure platforms, troubleshooting issues as needed
- Lead and direct infrastructure specialist teams, manage project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with technical architects and third-party service providers to translate architectural designs into operations
- Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with utility authority standards
- Maintain and update records of NOC applications, approvals, and related documentation
- Act as the primary liaison between consultants, contractors, and utility authorities
- Provide training and supervision to junior engineers, establishing goals and overseeing project timelines
- Ensure effective communication and contract management with suppliers and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field
- 10-15 years of experience in infrastructure project management, specifically in utilities and road approvals
- Strong understanding of wet and dry utility services, road design, and regulatory compliance in Dubai
- Experience with infrastructure project approvals from RTA, DEWA, telecom, and Dubai Municipality
- Leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience using automated tools for operational compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
