Senior Interior Design Engineer
Azizi Developments is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Interior Design Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality interior design solutions across our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design development, technical coordination, project management, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and review of interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to integrate interior design seamlessly into the overall project
- Develop space planning, material specifications, and finish schedules tailored to project needs
- Review and approve interior design shop drawings and material submittals
- Provide technical solutions to resolve design challenges during project execution
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards related to interior works
- Monitor the progress and quality of interior works at various project stages
- Manage timelines and budgets related to interior design deliverables, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Liaise with procurement teams to source materials and finishes while maintaining quality and budget control
- Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements for interior spaces
- Present design proposals and manage client feedback to ensure project success
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional interior spaces that meet or exceed expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in interior design, preferably within real estate development or construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling software, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, space planning, and technical detailing
- Experience in project coordination and working with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of local authority regulations and international interior design standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
