Position Overview
The Senior Interior Design Manager is responsible for leading the interior design management of high-end private properties for Al-Futtaim Group. The role involves collaborating closely with clients and international consultants to deliver creative, luxurious, and functional design concepts that exceed expectations. The position also includes managing the full design process from concept to construction documentation and overseeing material and FF&E selections.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess and define project briefs, evaluate consultant proposals, and recommend suitable designers.
* Determine client style preferences and develop mood boards to finalize design direction.
* Oversee design scope for interior design, FF&E, art, and accessories.
* Manage consultants to ensure timely delivery of quality design solutions aligned with client approval.
* Review design layouts, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and consistency.
* Stay updated on design trends, materials, and innovations relevant to luxury property projects.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills when dealing with clients and consultants.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, 3D Max, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and BIM (optional).
* Strong sense of design, creativity, and attention to detail.
