Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lighting Designer to join our team at Azizi Developments, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai. In this role, you will provide unique lighting designs for façade, interior, and landscape projects. You will collaborate closely with MEP teams, architects, and interior designers to create visually appealing and innovative lighting solutions that enhance the aesthetics and functionality of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide unique lighting designs for façade, interior, and landscape projects.
- Collaborate with Design Managers, Architects, Concept Architects, Landscape Architects, and Interior Designers.
- Work closely with the MEP team to ensure seamless integration of lighting designs.
- Assist Electrical Engineers and CAD technicians in developing detailed lighting design packages.
- Develop sketches and visually appealing lighting design documents, including concept presentations, luminaire specifications, control schedules, calculations, BOQ, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the lighting industry and apply innovative techniques to enhance project aesthetics.
- Ensure compliance with CIBSE/SLL and other relevant lighting regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of lighting design experience from a lighting consultant or supplier focused on delivering unique experiences through innovative design.
- Comprehensive understanding of the lighting design process with a proven track record of successfully completing projects across all stages.
- Proficiency in visual and verbal communication of design ideas.
- Advanced skills in lighting design software, including Dialux Evo, Dialux 4.12, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Lumion, SketchUp, 3D Max, MS Office, and InDesign.
- Experience in producing visually appealing reports and presentations to effectively communicate technical information.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
