Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end digital strategy and innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives and brand priorities.
Drive digital transformation initiatives across mobile applications, web platforms, and API-based services.
Identify and implement innovation opportunities including AI, personalisation, automation, and new digital engagement tools.
Promote a data-driven, test-and-learn culture to continuously improve performance through analytics and experimentation.
Oversee the optimisation and performance of digital platforms with a mobile-first and customer-centric approach.
Define, track, and report KPIs related to digital acquisition, engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Manage and govern relationships with digital, UX/UI, media, and technology agencies to ensure quality and consistency.
Act as the primary liaison with external partners, ensuring delivery standards, timelines, and innovation goals are met.
Collaborate with customer experience and service design teams to integrate customer insights and usability testing.
Work closely with marketing and brand teams to ensure consistent visual identity, tone, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Ensure digital journeys are seamless, intuitive, and frictionless across channels.
Maintain compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory standards across GCC markets.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital product management, digital transformation, or innovation roles.
Background in technology-driven sectors or large, diversified organisations.
Proven leadership experience in managing complex digital initiatives and cross-functional teams.
