Core Duties
* Define and implement leasing and licensing strategy aligned with business goals.
* Act as approval authority for lease and license transactions, ensuring compliance with delegated authority.
* Monitor financial performance, resource allocation, and achievement of budgeted targets.
* Develop and execute departmental plans, programs, and reporting in line with organizational objectives.
* Mitigate risk through due diligence, audits,
and compliance with UAE law and company policies.
* Provide expert advisory support, ensuring sound business decisions and win-win outcomes.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Handle high-level, complex cases requiring strategic solutions.
Candidate Requirements
* Graduate degree in Business Administration, Law, Real Estate, or related field.
* Minimum 12–15 years of experience in leasing, licensing, or corporate compliance at a senior management level.
* Strong understanding of UAE federal law and corporate governance frameworks.
* Proven track record of delivering financial and operational results.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
