Job Overview
As a Senior Manager, Reward at Majid Al Futtaim Properties, you will partner closely with the Reward Director to shape enterprise compensation strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement. You will lead market benchmarking, maintain internal equity, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks while driving impactful reward solutions across designated business units.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, enhance, and manage total compensation programs in line with strategic business goals
* Conduct internal equity analyses and market benchmarking using global compensation data sources
* Oversee compensation compliance with local labor laws and internal governance policies
* Partner with HR and business leaders to execute annual compensation reviews and budgeting
* Develop data-driven dashboards and compensation tools to enable strategic decision-making
* Deliver reward capability workshops and toolkits to upskill HR and business partners
* Support the governance of short- and long-term incentive programs
* Act as the primary reward advisor to selected business units within MAF Properties
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a numerate field
* 8–10 years of progressive experience in rewards or total compensation in large organizations
* Strong knowledge of job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and incentive design
* Experience with SAP or similar HRIS platforms
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong analytical mindset with data visualization/reporting proficiency
* Demonstrated ability to align compensation strategy with evolving business models
