Job Overview
As a Senior Review Architect, you will report to the Lead Technical Architect - Review and be responsible for reviewing architectural design documents, technical drawings, and construction specifications. You will ensure alignment with project objectives, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for design integrity and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and approve architectural documents, drawings, and specifications for compliance with design standards and project goals
* Conduct technical assessments of construction and design documentation to verify accuracy and quality
* Provide timely feedback to design teams on revisions or issues
* Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to uphold the architectural vision
* Perform quality control checks and implement best practices across all phases of design
* Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and international regulations
* Track and monitor document revisions to ensure continuity of design intent
* Mentor junior review architects and contribute to team development
* Assist in preparing technical presentations and reports for stakeholders
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
* Minimum 12 years of experience in architectural design and review, with a portfolio of large-scale projects
* Strong technical skills in Revit and AutoCAD
* Deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and international design standards
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and regulatory bodies
* Proactive, independent, and team-oriented mindset
