Job Overview
As a Senior Supervisor Tower Crane, you will be responsible for planning and supervising all tower crane operations, including lifting activities, team coordination, and equipment inspections. Your leadership and technical expertise will play a vital role in maintaining safety and optimizing site logistics.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily tower crane lifting operations according to approved lifting plans
* Ensure safety protocols and regulatory requirements are strictly followed at all times
* Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks for crane operators and rigging teams
* Inspect cranes and lifting gear regularly to ensure certification and operational readiness
* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and logistics teams to streamline workflow
* Document all crane activity, incidents, and maintenance records accurately
* Mentor and manage crane operators, riggers, and signalers on site
* Respond promptly to incidents, lead investigations, and implement corrective actions
Job Requirements
* 7–10 years of experience in tower crane operations within the construction industry
* Certified Lifting Supervisor, Rigger, or Crane Operator (UAE-recognized certification preferred)
* Strong working knowledge of construction site safety, crane mechanics, and lifting regulations
* Ability to read and interpret lifting plans and communicate clearly with field teams
* Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor construction environments
* Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
