Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of operational platforms and tools, including evaluation, implementation, optimization, and decommissioning.
* Develop and execute strategies for platform scalability and innovation to support business growth.
* Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver effective operational technology solutions.
* Work closely with IT, operations, and business teams to align platform strategies with corporate objectives.
* Oversee the selection and integration of IT support systems such as ticketing and remote support tools.
* Build and maintain relationships with platform vendors for effective service delivery and technical support.
* Regularly conduct audits to ensure compliance and identify performance enhancement opportunities.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
* 6-8 years of experience in managing operational platforms and tools, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Proven experience in cross-functional project management involving technology deployment.
* Strong knowledge of data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity practices in operational environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
