The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring project milestones are achieved efficiently. This role supports successful project delivery by maintaining safety compliance, cost control, workforce productivity, and operational discipline across assigned work areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise labor teams, firemen, gangs, and subcontractors in an organized and structured manner
* Allocate work effectively to ensure smooth daily site operations
* Ensure all construction activities are completed safely and according to approved plans
* Monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues to keep work on schedule
* Maintain awareness of material usage, cost efficiency, and waste control
* Prepare work performance reports and project documentation
* Manage subcontractor performance and ensure delivery standards are met
* Support operational planning activities and contribute to project timelines
* Follow all safety, quality, and environmental compliance procedures
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Ideal Profile
* Degree in Engineering is required
* Professional qualification certificate at minimum certificate level preferred
* 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, construction, or real estate projects
* Strong understanding of site supervision and subcontractor coordination
* Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to manage deadlines and maintain project quality standards
