Azizi Developments is seeking a talented Sr. Visualizer - Hospitality to join our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and developing high-quality 3D visualizations for hospitality projects. This role involves creating photorealistic renderings, animations, and virtual reality experiences that bring architectural concepts to life. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the design vision is effectively communicated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.
- Utilize 3ds Max, V-Ray, and other advanced rendering software to produce high-quality visualizations of interior and exterior spaces.
- Create photorealistic images, animations, and virtual reality experiences to accurately represent design concepts.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and visual storytelling to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct research on materials, finishes, and construction techniques to ensure designs are both innovative and feasible.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Utilize advanced visualization software to enhance architectural designs through digital artistry.
- Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in 3D modeling and architectural rendering.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control in all visual deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in 3D visualization and rendering, specifically within Hospitality, F&B, Residential, Retail, Public Spaces, mixed-use, and commercial sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, spatial design, and construction techniques.
- Proficiency in other design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in creating visually appealing presentations using Microsoft Office Excel and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven experience in developing creative concepts that enhance architectural designs through visual storytelling and digital artistry.
