Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Structural Design Manager to lead a team of engineers and draftsmen in delivering high-quality real estate projects across Dubai, including the landmark Azizi Venice development.

Role Summary
The Structural Design Manager oversees all structural engineering aspects for Azizi Developments’ residential and commercial projects in Dubai. The role involves managing design teams, ensuring compliance with Dubai authority standards, and coordinating with architecture and construction departments to deliver safe and efficient designs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor structural design teams to achieve project goals.
* Perform structural analysis and design calculations as per international codes.
* Review and approve technical drawings, reports, and submittals.
* Coordinate across disciplines to integrate structural, architectural, and MEP designs.
* Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory bodies.
* Support tender evaluations and provide technical input for ongoing projects.
* Monitor design timelines, quality, and budgets.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC.
* Strong command of ACI, BS, or Eurocodes and local standards.
* Proficient in ETABS, STAAD, SAFE, and AutoCAD.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects under strict deadlines.
