What Does a Talent Acquisition Lead Do?
As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will take charge of recruiting top-tier engineering and technical talent for high-profile developments. You’ll lead a team of nine recruiters, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from strategy development to onboarding, while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior and mid-level engineering, architecture, and design roles
- Manage a team of 9 recruitment professionals, guiding day-to-day operations and performance
- Build and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with department and company goals
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align recruitment timelines, expectations, and role requirements
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, agencies, and referrals
- Analyze market trends to provide insights and influence hiring decisions
- Promote Azizi’s employer brand through strategic hiring campaigns and candidate engagement initiatives
What Skills Are Needed for a Recruitment Lead in Dubai?
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in high-volume hiring for engineering or technical roles, ideally within real estate, construction, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Deep understanding of the Gulf hiring market, with a focus on sourcing strategies for careers in the UAE
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Comfortable managing high requisition workloads in a fast-paced setting
Core Competencies:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and align hiring decisions with business priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
