Job Overview
As Talent Development Senior Manager, you will lead the execution of talent frameworks grounded in the Talent to Value methodology. Your mission includes accelerating leadership readiness, digitizing succession planning, and enabling growth opportunities across Majid Al Futtaim’s operating companies. You’ll work directly with senior executives and HR leaders, shaping the future of leadership development and internal career progression across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and refine enterprise talent development frameworks, tools, and policies
* Lead succession planning cycles, readiness assessments, and talent calibration
* Implement personalized development journeys for high-potential employees
* Drive the launch of an Internal Mobility Framework and Talent Marketplace
* Leverage analytics and AI-based platforms to optimize talent deployment
* Manage stakeholder engagement with opco CEOs, HOHCs, and senior executives
* Deliver strategic reporting using heatmaps, dashboards, and succession metrics
* Integrate talent initiatives across Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Total Rewards
* Lead special projects such as development centers, stretch assignments, and leadership acceleration programs
* Ensure accountability by embedding talent metrics into business and performance reviews
Job Requirements
* Minimum 5 years in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or a related HR discipline
* Proven experience in enterprise-wide succession planning and talent frameworks
* Strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence at all levels
* Analytical mindset with expertise in talent analytics, dashboards, and reporting
* Experience implementing digital talent tools, AI-based platforms, and marketplaces
* Coaching certification or background in psychometrics is a plus
* Management consulting experience is preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and execution skills
