Talent Management Specialist – Performance & Succession Planning

Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions is looking for a Talent Management Specialist to join its Human Capital service delivery team in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for supporting the execution of key Talent Management activities, including performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives across multiple operating companies.

What Does a Talent Management Specialist Do?

The Talent Management Specialist delivers backend support for talent initiatives through the SuccessFactors platform. This includes managing critical role identification, talent pipelines, performance reviews, and internal communications to ensure seamless implementation of HC strategies across the organization.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?

- Execute and manage Talent Management processes via SuccessFactors, including performance, IDPs, and succession workflows
- Support internal communications for talent initiatives including emails, content platforms, and Workplace updates
- Partner with operating companies as the point of contact for shared services delivery related to Talent Management
- Coordinate talent projects, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Generate standard and ad-hoc talent reports aligned with service-level agreements
- Provide insights through data analysis and research to improve talent performance programs
- Support the team in driving continuous improvement through structured feedback and planning
- Manage day-to-day administration tasks related to HR shared services for Talent

What Skills Are Needed for a Talent Management Role in Cairo?

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Talent Management systems, preferably SuccessFactors
- Prior involvement in performance appraisals, talent review cycles, or succession planning processes

Skills:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to accurate execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR dashboards or reporting tools
