Azizi Developments is seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect to join our in-house design and construction team in Dubai. This role is focused on delivering technically sound, buildable solutions for complex, large-scale residential and high-rise projects, including our landmark developments like Burj Azizi and Azizi Venice.

Job Overview
As a Technical Architect, you will play a key role in translating design intent into coordinated and practical construction documentation. You will work closely with project managers, consultants, engineers, and site execution teams to ensure compliance with design objectives, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the technical coordination of architectural designs from concept to final documentation
* Collaborate with structural, MEP, and site teams to resolve technical and construction detailing challenges
* Review architectural drawings and specifications for accuracy, buildability, and regulatory compliance
* Ensure that all designs adhere to UAE municipality regulations and local building codes
* Provide expert guidance on high-rise and luxury residential detailing during procurement and construction
* Manage submission processes for authority approvals and inspections
* Support tendering processes and evaluate material submissions for technical suitability
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field
* Minimum 10 years of UAE-based architectural experience, preferably with contracting firms
* Strong expertise in high-rise and luxury residential projects
* Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s construction regulations, design codes, and approval processes
* Proficiency in Revit, BIM, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and architectural coordination software
* Proven ability to manage complex design challenges and cross-disciplinary coordination
