Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to oversee and manage the architectural technical aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with design standards, project requirements, and industry regulations. This role involves close collaboration with design teams, consultants, and site teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions within project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the technical aspects of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and project specifications
- Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and site engineers to develop efficient and high-quality architectural solutions
- Ensure architectural detailing, materials, and construction methodologies align with project goals and quality standards
- Review technical drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy and constructability
- Provide technical support throughout project execution, addressing design issues and resolving construction challenges
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design implementation and compliance with approved plans
- Work closely with stakeholders to optimize architectural designs for efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit for architectural design and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a construction or contracting company

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams
