Job description:

Contact potential and existing customers and inform them of our new listings and offers.
Ask questions to understand the customers requirements and provide solutions to close the deal.
Answer questions about our company and product.
Enter and update customer information in given database.
Build good relationships with potential and existing customers through open and interactive communication.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
Liaise with our Sales team to understand which projects to focus on.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telemarketing sales executive or other sales/customer service role.
Excellent customer service and good demeanour.
Excellent language, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
