As a Training Manager within our Design 360 Studio, you will play a vital role in shaping the professional growth of architects, designers, and studio staff. Working from our Al Hudaiba Awards office, you will develop and implement training programs to enhance technical skills, improve workflows, and ensure our teams stay ahead of industry advancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and delivering training programs focused on architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, BIM) and industry best practices
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and events while managing logistics, scheduling, and communication
- Maintain training records, including attendance, certifications, and performance tracking
- Coordinate onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring familiarity with tools, processes, and company policies
- Track employee participation and compile reports on training effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement
- Promote a culture of learning and professional development, encouraging team members to engage in relevant training opportunities
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect industry trends, building codes, and technical advancements
- Act as a liaison between employees, trainers, and senior management to align training needs with company goals
- Research and implement new learning methodologies to enhance the training experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Design, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5 to 6 years of experience in training coordination or administration, preferably within an architectural or design studio setting
- Strong familiarity with architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino is an advantage
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Passion for professional development and continuous learning
