What You’ll Do
• Support daily operations and project work in your assigned department, gaining exposure to real estate development processes.
• Assist senior professionals with research, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
• Learn and apply company procedures in areas such as MEP, civil engineering, business operations, or finance.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings.
• Contribute to cross-department initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Use MS Office and other tools to prepare documentation, presentations, and data analysis.
• Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and continuous learning.
Ideal Profile
• UAE National holding valid Emiratization documents.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
