* Work on real-world projects in areas such as MEP, electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering, as well as business administration, finance, accounting, and
facilities management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and operations
* Develop technical and professional skills through on-the-job training and mentorship
* Contribute to business process improvements and operational efficiency
* Gain exposure to large-scale mixed-use development projects such as Dubai Festival City and Cairo Festival City
Ideal Profile
* Fresh graduate holding valid Emiratization documents
* Degree in engineering, business, finance, or related field
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
