Key Responsibilities
* Film high-quality videos of residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
* Capture interior and exterior property footage using professional composition, movement, lighting, and framing techniques.
* Produce property walkthrough videos that clearly highlight layouts, finishes, amenities, views, and key selling points.
* Create reels, short-form videos, promotional films, social content, and campaign assets for property marketing.
* Film communities, developments, project launches, show units, and real estate events.
* Record interviews, management messages, client testimonials, sales consultant content, and corporate videos.
* Support agents with professional personal-branding videos designed for social media and property promotion.
* Plan video concepts based on project objectives, audience segments, property characteristics, and campaign requirements.
* Develop creative approaches that make listings and developments visually distinctive.
* Ensure each video communicates relevant location, lifestyle, amenity, and investment features.
* Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams before shoots to understand priorities, messaging, and desired outcomes.
* Prepare shot lists and production plans for property visits, launches, campaigns, and events.
* Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, stabilizers, lighting equipment, microphones, and supporting production gear.
* Select camera movements and shooting styles suitable for luxury residential, commercial, and lifestyle content.
* Manage lighting conditions for both indoor and outdoor shoots.
* Capture footage suitable for vertical, horizontal, short-form, and long-form distribution.
* Edit raw footage into polished and engaging final videos.
* Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable editing platforms.
* Add transitions, music, subtitles, motion graphics, branding, text overlays, and other visual elements.
* Maintain consistent color, visual identity, logo usage, typography, and branding across finished content.
* Optimize videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and digital advertising.
* Adapt edits to match the specifications and viewing behavior of each platform.
* Produce both short-form and long-form content according to campaign goals.

* Previous videography experience within the UAE real estate industry is highly preferred.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating property videography, real estate marketing videos, and social media content.
* Proven ability to shoot professional property walkthroughs.
* Experience producing video content for residential or commercial property listings.
* Strong practical knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, stabilizers, gimbals, microphones, and related equipment.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Working knowledge of After Effects.
* Experience using DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing software.
