What Does a Visualizer Architect Do at Azizi?
As a Visualizer Architect, you’ll be responsible for transforming design concepts into stunning 3D presentations, supporting key development projects from initial vision through to client-facing visuals. Working closely with architects, designers, and project leaders, you will develop compelling visuals that communicate the full potential of Azizi’s residential, commercial, and hospitality assets.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Develop high-quality 3D renderings of architectural designs using 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Corona
- Create detailed 3D models of interiors and exteriors with accurate lighting, materials, and finishes
- Prepare visually compelling presentations, mood boards, and storytelling visuals for internal and external review
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate design intent into clear, aesthetic visual content
- Conduct research on materials, textures, and construction techniques to support accuracy in renderings
- Produce animations, virtual walkthroughs, and immersive digital content as required
- Optimize 3D models and rendering workflows for performance and project deadlines
- Maintain consistency in visual standards and meet tight project delivery schedules
- Stay informed on industry innovations in visualization and digital architecture
What Skills and Qualifications Are Required?
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural visualization or design
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D rendering, modelling, and post-production work
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and/or Corona
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of lighting techniques, material creation, and spatial design
- Excellent visual communication and storytelling ability
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Dubai\'s local authority design standards is preferred
