Job Overview:
As a Visualizer Architect at Azizi Developments, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing architectural projects. You will work within our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office, reporting to the Head of Concept - Hospitality. This role requires advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona renderer, or similar software to create photorealistic renderings. You will contribute to the design process by producing detailed 3D models, renderings, and visual storytelling presentations that effectively communicate design concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present architectural concepts through detailed 3D models and high-quality visualizations of interior and exterior spaces.
- Utilize advanced visualization software, including 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona renderer, to produce photorealistic images, animations, and virtual reality experiences.
- Create design presentations, mood boards, and visual storytelling materials to effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct research on materials, finishes, and construction techniques to ensure innovative and feasible designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in 3D modeling and architectural rendering.
- Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and maintain high-quality standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Design Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and rendering work.
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona renderer, or similar rendering software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, spatial design, and construction techniques.
- Proficiency in other design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus.
- Skilled in utilizing AutoCAD for architectural drafting, Revit for Building Information Modelling (BIM), and SketchUp for conceptual designs.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for post-production and presentation materials.
- Strong understanding of rendering workflows, lighting techniques, material creation, and optimizing 3D models for efficient performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
