Job Overview
As a Solar Sales Executive, you will lead end-to-end sales efforts for solar PV installations by identifying leads, conducting on-site assessments, preparing proposals, and closing deals. You will be responsible for driving Sharaf DG Energy\'s growth by offering clean energy solutions to residential and commercial clients. A solid understanding of solar technologies, UAE regulations, and customer lifecycle management through CRM is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify potential customers interested in solar energy solutions
* Conduct site assessments to evaluate energy needs, sun exposure, and feasibility of installations
* Develop tailored proposals using Sharaf DG’s internal solar design and proposal software (training provided)
* Highlight cost savings and sustainability benefits in all client presentations
* Close deals by negotiating contracts and managing the entire sales cycle
* Provide after-sales customer support and ensure smooth project delivery
* Stay current on solar industry trends, product developments, and government policies across Dubai and other Emirates
* Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to generate and manage leads
* Maintain updated records using Zoho CRM for pipeline and lead management
* Visit client locations for meetings and site surveys as part of project execution
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or higher
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and deal closures in residential and/or commercial solar segments
* Proficient in Zoho CRM, MS Office, and solar system design basics (on-grid/off-grid)
* Familiarity with solar regulations, pricing structures, and competitive market offerings in the UAE
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
* Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car is mandatory
