Sr. Business Development Executive - Energy Solutions
Role Summary
Sharaf DG Energy is hiring a results-driven Sr. Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition and account growth for solar energy, smart home, and IOT-based solutions. This role is based in Dubai and focuses on developing sustainable energy portfolios for commercial and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business development through lead generation and client outreach
* Promote solar PV systems, smart home automation, and energy retrofit solutions
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into long-term clients
* Prepare customized proposals and conduct technical-commercial presentations
* Collaborate with engineering teams for solution design and feasibility assessments
* Provide after-sales support and account management for key clients
* Maintain market knowledge and competitor intelligence
* Work closely with government, corporate, and residential stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in business development, preferably in energy or technology sectors
* Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with solar energy, LV/AV systems, or IOT is a plus
* UAE driving license and Arabic proficiency are advantages
* Ability to work independently and in team settings
