Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations within a hotel dining outlet.
* Supervise service staff during meal periods, busy guest hours, events, and special dining requirements.
* Maintain 4-star and 5-star hotel service standards across guest greeting, seating, table setup, order flow, and dining experience.
* Ensure guests receive professional, courteous, and timely service throughout their visit.
* Coordinate with kitchen, stewarding, housekeeping, and front office teams to support smooth restaurant operations.
* Monitor restaurant cleanliness, staff grooming, table presentation, service sequence, and guest handling.
* Support guest complaint resolution with a calm, professional, and service-focused approach.
* Assist in training waiters, captains, and junior team members on menu knowledge, hygiene practices, and hospitality service standards.
* Help manage outlet opening and closing duties, shift handovers, duty rosters, and daily operational reports.
* Support upselling of menu items, promotions, and special offers to improve guest experience and outlet revenue.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene rules, hotel policies, and restaurant operating procedures.
* Help create a positive team environment that supports discipline, teamwork, and consistent service quality.
Ideal Profile
* Indian male candidate required.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
* Previous experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels is required.
* Good English speaking skills are required.
