Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other menu drinks according to hotel service standards.
* Welcome guests politely and provide professional food and beverage service in the restaurant, cafe, lounge, or hotel dining outlet.
* Take guest orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen, cashier, and service team.
* Maintain consistent beverage quality, clean presentation, and timely service during daily operations.
* Support table setup, food service, beverage service, table clearing, and outlet cleanliness.
* Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and related barista equipment safely.
* Keep the counter, service station, crockery, glassware, and work area clean and organized.
* Follow hygiene, food safety, grooming, and hotel service procedures at all times.
* Assist guests with menu information, beverage suggestions, and special requests.
* Report guest concerns or service issues to the supervisor or restaurant manager.
* Support stock checking for coffee, milk, tea, syrups, and beverage supplies.
* Work with the food and beverage team to maintain smooth hotel restaurant operations.
Ideal Profile
* Indian male candidate required.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
* Previous experience in 4 star or 5 star hotels is required.
* Good English speaking skills are required.
* Presentable, active, and guest focused personality.
