Key Responsibilities
* Identify and onboard new Quick Commerce partners across categories such as pharmacy, beauty, electronics, and specialty retail
* Manage the full partner lifecycle from acquisition to post-launch optimization and growth
* Act as the main point of contact for partners, handling commercial and operational requirements
* Evaluate partners based on service quality, pricing competitiveness, and operational readiness
* Track KPIs including orders, conversions, cancellations, and customer experience metrics
* Coordinate onboarding processes ensuring partners are fully prepared before launch
* Collaborate with operations, logistics, legal, and technical teams for smooth execution
* Share market insights and partner feedback to enhance the Quick Commerce business model
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or related field
* 2–3 years of experience in account management or Quick Commerce environments
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive improvements
* Good communication and relationship management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities effectively
* Results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
