Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead multi-store fashion retail operations across Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving sales, optimizing store performance, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring compliance with operational standards across assigned brands. The role is ideal for retail leaders with a proven track record in managing large teams and driving profitability in the Saudi retail market.

What You’ll Do
* Oversee operations across multiple fashion retail outlets in Riyadh, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives
* Monitor key retail KPIs including UPT, ATV, conversion rates, and shrinkage, and use insights to implement performance improvement strategies
* Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with SOPs, merchandise guidelines, and customer service standards
* Act as the main liaison between stores and brand teams to implement marketing campaigns, new product launches, and in-store promotions
* Drive profitability by analyzing P&L performance, controlling operating expenses, and applying data-driven decision-making
* Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining high standards of service and visual merchandising
* Ensure recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews are carried out effectively across store teams
* Develop and coach Store Managers to strengthen leadership at the ground level and create strong succession plans
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by setting service benchmarks and rolling out continuous improvement initiatives
* Utilize local market intelligence to shape store-level strategies and outpace competition
Ideal Profile
* 5-7 years of experience in fashion retail management, including at least 2-3 years in a multi-store or regional oversight capacity
* Demonstrated success in leading large store teams and improving retail KPIs in high-volume environments
* Strong understanding of the Saudi retail market and consumer behavior
* Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
* Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
* Bachelor\'s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field
