What You’ll Do

* Achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned Watsons stores
* Analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and implement revenue growth strategies
* Lead new product launches, promotions, and category expansion initiatives to increase market share
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring stores follow Watsons’ policies, standards, and compliance requirements
* Optimize merchandising, store layouts, and stock availability to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
* Ensure consistent brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer experience across stores
* Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and frontline staff to deliver high performance
* Implement training programs to strengthen retail skills, customer service, and sales techniques
* Partner with marketing teams to execute localized events and promotions that attract customers
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure Watsons maintains a competitive edge
* Report regularly to senior management on business performance and operational KPIs

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of multi-store retail management experience, preferably in beauty, health, or wellness retail
* Strong sales and business growth track record in retail operations
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
* Strong understanding of retail KPIs, operational processes, and customer engagement strategies
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Passion for beauty, wellness, and customer-centric retail experiences
