Al-Futtaim Group is hiring an Assistant Boutique Manager in Dubai to support retail sales growth, customer experience, visual merchandising, and staff development in a dynamic store environment. This role is central to achieving sales targets, managing store operations, and motivating team performance through hands-on leadership and operational excellence.

**What You’ll Do**
* Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure all staff are trained on product knowledge and sales techniques
* Support store management in driving monthly and annual sales targets and forecast planning
* Oversee merchandising standards, in-store campaign execution, and visual display accuracy
* Control operational KPIs including stock movements, shrinkage, and store maintenance
* Lead cash management processes including daily reconciliations, deposits, and sales orders
* Monitor staff leave plans, maintain proper attendance records, and manage team rosters
* Mentor and coach second in command and showroom staff for performance improvement and succession
* Organize daily briefings and weekly team meetings to align staff on business objectives
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and career development of store personnel
* Stay up to date with product trainings, customer behavior, and market trends to enhance store performance
**Ideal Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree required
* 3–4 years of experience in a retail supervisory or store management role with a strong record of driving sales
* Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced retail environments
* Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
* Knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory management, and customer service systems
