**Role Summary**
Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking an experienced Assistant Merchandiser to support the lingerie division, including buying, allocations, data analysis, and catalogue planning. This position is ideal for professionals with a passion for fashion merchandising and strong analytical and communication skills. You’ll work closely with merchandisers and planners to support brand strategy and customer-centric execution across all stores and online.

**What You’ll Do**
* Manage allocation processes including BTF setting, ratio balancing, AI-driven stock allocation, and regional stock needs
* Generate and analyze sales reports, flag best/worst sellers, identify trends, and contribute to promotional tracking
* Support catalogue buying by updating demand planning sheets, entering data into range-building systems, and creating planograms
* Monitor market activity, contribute to product strategy, and ensure alignment with brand identity
* Act as the first point of contact for stores regarding stock issues and help maintain data accuracy for online listings
* Assist with weekly trade communication and event planning like retail conferences
* Coach and guide allocators while promoting a culture of collaboration, accuracy, and customer focus
**Ideal Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree required; Master\'s preferred
* 3–4 years of relevant experience in fashion buying and merchandising, preferably with UK or European brands
* Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; SAP or inventory system experience is a plus
* High attention to detail, strong numeric ability, and clear communication skills
