Assistant Store Manager - Fashion and Lifestyle Retail Dubai
Role Summary
Apparel Group is hiring an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for retail professionals with strong leadership, customer service, and performance management skills. As the second-in-command, you’ll play a critical role in achieving store targets, ensuring a smooth customer experience, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

What You’ll Do
* Support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and delivering excellent customer service
* Lead by example in customer interactions and promote a service-first culture
* Monitor store KPIs, analyze trends, and implement strategies to exceed sales targets
* Coordinate staff schedules, approve leave, and ensure shift coverage
* Handle team feedback, resolve issues, and guide performance improvement
* Maintain merchandising standards and ensure optimal stock levels
* Conduct store audits and ensure compliance with administrative procedures
* Oversee security practices related to cash handling and inventory protection
* Align store layout and promotions with brand marketing strategies
* Manage team grooming standards and uphold store presentation policies
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within retail
* Excellent customer service and team management skills
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
* Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail sales metrics
* Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, retail, or a related field preferred
