The Assistant Store Manager – Lifestyle Operations is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in meeting sales targets, overseeing day-to-day store activities, and developing the store team to drive profitability while upholding brand standards. This role ensures smooth operations, delivers excellent customer experiences, and manages the store in the absence of the Store Manager in line with business objectives.

What You’ll Do
Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring alignment with company standards and individual customer needs.
Ensure all customer complaints are handled professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
Drive sales performance, identify opportunities to exceed KPIs, and implement improvement initiatives.
Manage and execute sales promotions and brand campaigns, coordinating with relevant teams for maximum results.
Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, resolving any operational issues promptly.
Maintain compliance with company policies to reduce stock loss and damage.
Coordinate with the Excellence and Compliance team for timely and accurate stock counts.
Ideal Profile
Diploma or high school certificate; additional retail-related qualifications are an advantage.
4–5 years of experience in the retail industry.
Excellent or fluent English communication skills.
Proven ability to work as part of a team and lead by example.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
