Apparel Group is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support our retail operations in Dubai. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless customer experience while managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring high operational standards. As a trusted leader, you will assist the Store Manager in daily activities and take ownership in their absence to maintain retail excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
* Lead the store team in providing exceptional customer service and exceeding KPIs
* Promote a customer-first culture and personally model service excellence
* Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve or surpass them
* Monitor and evaluate
daily store performance and key metrics
* Maintain accurate stock levels and oversee regular inventory checks
* Ensure timely replenishment and alignment with visual merchandising standards
* Coordinate product displays and implement promotional strategies
* Manage team schedules, leave planning, and attendance records
* Provide coaching, resolve conflicts, and deliver performance feedback
* Ensure staff follow company policies, grooming guidelines, and retail SOPs
* Maintain high security standards related to stock, cash handling, and store safety
* Collaborate with the Store Manager on business planning and strategic decisions
* Act as a dependable leader who enforces accountability and ethical conduct
Ideal Profile
* 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or assistant store manager role in retail
* Strong leadership, customer engagement, and team development skills
* Proven record of exceeding sales targets and managing operational goals
* Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making ability
* Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or retail management is preferred
