Assistant Store Manager

About the Role
Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to support daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering an excellent customer experience. This role involves managing and developing store teams, maintaining brand and company image, and ensuring operational compliance. The Assistant Store Manager will take full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver excellent customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service through a strong understanding of brand standards, customer preferences, and industry trends.
- Drive sales and take proactive steps to maximize revenue by achieving and exceeding set KPIs.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with support teams, providing relevant feedback to marketing, buying, and planning departments.
- Implement and manage all sales promotions and brand activities, coordinating with relevant teams to maximize impact.
- Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, handling any disruptions efficiently.
- Oversee stock control and implement company policies to minimize stock loss and damage.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a qualification in a retail-related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of industry experience in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and implement strategies for business improvement.
