Assistant Store Manager

About the Role
Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to support daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering an excellent customer experience. This role involves managing and developing store teams, maintaining brand and company image, and ensuring operational compliance. The Assistant Store Manager will take full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team in delivering excellent customer service and creating exceptional shopping experiences.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of brand standards, customer preferences, and industry trends.
- Drive sales performance and proactively implement strategies to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with support teams, providing relevant feedback to marketing, buying, and planning departments.
- Manage and implement all sales promotions and brand activities, ensuring effective communication with the relevant teams.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring smooth business continuity.
- Implement and maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines to minimize stock loss and damage.
Requirements
- Diploma or high school certificate; a qualification in a retail-related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of industry experience in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and implement strategies for business improvement.
