Key Responsibilities
* Support the Buyer in researching and selecting brands and products aligned with merchandise strategy and financial targets.
* Prepare sales reports, feedback, and performance insights for buying trips across categories and brands.
* Suggest re-orders and share relevant information with planning and supply chain teams.
* Maintain up-to-date records of vendor agreements, delivery windows, and commercial terms.
* Verify that intake margins and product pricing match the approved conditions.
* Review order confirmations and report discrepancies to vendors promptly.
* Monitor inventory and ensure timely receipts, documentation, and follow-up on supplier payments.
* Contribute to sustainability initiatives aligned with the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow strategy.
* Stay updated on buying trends and customer preferences to support product decision-making.
Ideal Profile
* Graduate in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in buying, procurement, or merchandising.
* Experience in the Home industry is essential.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple procurement tasks.
* Good understanding of buying cycles, retail trends, and customer behavior.
* English fluency required.
