This role contributes to strengthening organizational culture by enhancing employee engagement, supporting internal communication, and delivering initiatives that improve workforce satisfaction. It plays a key role in aligning employee experience with business objectives while supporting talent development and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and satisfaction programs
* Organize team building activities, internal events, and engagement campaigns
* Assist in analysing employee engagement survey results and identifying improvement areas
* Prepare internal communication content including newsletters, announcements, and HR updates
* Research external trends and best practices to improve engagement strategies
* Collaborate with HR and business teams to enhance employee experience initiatives
* Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and internal communication standards
* Assist in developing creative initiatives that promote engagement and workplace culture
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or internal communications
* Strong interest in employee experience and organizational culture
* Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines effectively
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
