Associate Manager - Graphic Design
Location: Head Office, Egypt

About the Role
Majid Al Futtaim Retail is looking for an Associate Manager - Graphic Design to create engaging visual assets for web, app platforms, social media, CRM campaigns, and paid ads. The role involves collaborating with marketing teams to design compelling digital content that enhances engagement and drives sales. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, a solid understanding of eCommerce marketing, and proficiency in digital design tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design digital creatives for web banners, social media, paid ads, email campaigns, and video content.
- Optimize graphics for digital platforms, ensuring compatibility with mobile, web, and app use.
- Support marketing campaigns by developing high-quality visuals for promotions, CRM initiatives, and performance-driven ads.
- Create design concepts and sample layouts, applying layout principles and aesthetic considerations.
- Monitor advertising trends, digital campaigns, and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Coordinate with the central Onsite Marketing and Creative teams to implement best practices and campaign optimizations.
- Continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance design and leadership skills.
- Contribute to cost reduction efforts by optimizing creative workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior graphic designer, preferably in the retail or eCommerce industry.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
